Calling after business hours

An answering service is available for emergencies after business hours and weekends at 740-593-7502. This service is for emergencies only. On-call personnel are unable to answer billing questions. Account or billing questions should be conducted during the business hours listed above.

When to visit

The District office at 6000 Industrial Drive is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Consumer Confidence Report

The Le-Ax Water District has prepared a Consumer Confidence Report to provide information report_2.jpgto our customers on the quality of our drinking water. This report is required as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization of 1996 and is required to be delivered to the customers by July 1st of each year. Included in this report is general health information, water quality test results, and water system contacts. If you did not receive a copy of this report, please contact the Office or you may download a copy from this website.
