If you are a new owner of a property and need to transfer ansplash.jpg account into your name, please contact the office to make sure a final reading is scheduled for the previous owner. Please fill out the water users agreement, have your signature notarized and mail a copy of the agreement with a copy of the recorded deed for proof of ownership. Water users agreements can also be completed at the District office.


Consumer Confidence Report

The Le-Ax Water District has prepared a Consumer Confidence Report to provide information report_2.jpgto our customers on the quality of our drinking water. This report is required as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization of 1996 and is required to be delivered to the customers by July 1st of each year. Included in this report is general health information, water quality test results, and water system contacts. If you did not receive a copy of this report, please contact the Office or you may download a copy from this website.
