November 20, 2024; Water Outage and Boil Advisory for the SR 681 Area

Due to complications with repairs, water service was shut off for repairs in the following area: 7457-7622 Chase Rd, Doctor Jones Rd, Jonathan Ln, McGinnis Rd, Pettit Rd, Setty Rd, State Farm Rd, 206-922 SR 681, 7065-7220 Wood Rd and Woodyard Rd.

Repairs should be completed by 3:00 pm, Wednesday, November 20th. There will be a boil advisory for drinking water until 5:00 pm, Thursday, November 21st.

Consumer Confidence Report

The Le-Ax Water District has prepared a Consumer Confidence Report to provide information to our customers on the quality of our drinking water. This report is required as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization of 1996 and is required to be delivered to the customers by July 1st of each year. Included in this report is general health information, water quality test results, and water system contacts. If you did not receive a copy of this report, please contact the Office or you may download a copy from this website.
