The year 2020 has brought many changes to our daily lives, business policies and procedures.  Le-Ax Water has always put the wellbeing of our customers first and foremost.  We want to thank you for your patience while the Office was closed to the public during this pandemic.

The pandemic has also changed the way we shop and pay bills.  The increase in deliveries, mail and the changes in scheduling has sometimes caused delays in the delivery of our mail.  First class mail which would normally be delivered in 1-3 days may now take 4 or more days.  Le-Ax offers e-billing.  This sends an email to your inbox as soon as the bill is processed, thus avoiding the delay in mail delivery.  You can also view your bill by signing up for the Customer Portal.  Instructions for creating an online access account are on the back of this letter.

Many payment options are available to our customers as well.  These include automatic payment (payment is taken out of a checking or savings account on the 15th of each month and you still receive a copy of your bill, authorization forms can be found on the website), web payments at www.le-ax.com, online bill pay through your bank (verify that you use the correct Le-Ax account number), payment by phone using a Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card or an electronic check, the drop box located in our parking lot (available during business hours) or pay in person during Office business hours.

Please update your contact telephone number for your account so you can receive notifications of water outages and boil advisories or high usage.  You can call the Office or put the information on the back of the payment stub.  We will be sending out a message to allow customers to opt-in for text alerts for outages and advisories.  Once you receive the message, text the word ALERT to 22300. Once One Call Now receives this text message, we will “Opt-in” your cell phone to receive text alerts and send a confirmation to your cell phone by text.  If you are a member of more than one organization (school) using the One Call Now service, you will be “opted-in” for all groups that have your cell number.  This will not interrupt messages from other organizations.  You can find more information at https://www.onecallnow.com/textalerts/.
