March 14, 2025; Water Outage and Boil Advisory for the Monk Area

Due to a main line break, you may experience low pressure or no water Friday, March 14th in the following area: Minkers Run Rd, Monk Rd, 14672-15136 SR 691.

Repairs should be completed by 3:00 pm, Friday, March 14th. There will be a boil advisory for drinking water until 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 15th.

Consumer Confidence Report

The Le-Ax Water District has prepared a Consumer Confidence Report to provide information to our customers on the quality of our drinking water. This report is required as part of the Safe Drinking Water Act Reauthorization of 1996 and is required to be delivered to the customers by July 1st of each year. Included in this report is general health information, water quality test results, and water system contacts. If you did not receive a copy of this report, please contact the Office or you may download a copy from this website.
